ZY48A Banknote Sterilizer Disinfection Cabinet are designed for banknotes, masks, certificates, documents, work clothes & protective items sterilization, filling the blank at both home and abroad, and can effectively kill various pathogenic microorganisms tainted on the banknotes such as Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), SARS virus, flu virus and tubercle bacillus, with high sterilizing rate reaching the national and international disinfection and sterilization standards. The cabinet is equipped with ultraviolet (UV) 360 degree OZ disinfection,  Oxygen-Ozone & Heating High Temperature sterilization with Intelligent temperature control 70 degree disinfection, UV quickly sterilizes without leaving a mark, Stainless steel liner, strong and durable, Intelligent touch operation is simple & Safety door control, open and stop. In terms of safety protection, it is equipped with stainless plates and timers, fuses & dual temperature controllers to ensure safe operation under medium and high temperature (60°C ~ 70°C) conditions. It can be widely applied to the disinfection of banknotes received by banks, post and telecommunications, railway stations, subway stations, bus stations, airports, stores, hotels and restaurants as well as to the banknote treatment of customs, hospitals, areas of infectious diseases and epidemic victims, thereby being beneficial to the prevention of pestilence and to the health of people.

Disinfection Process:

• Step 1: Power on the disinfection cabinet.
• Step 2: Placing the sterilizing cashes in the sterilizing layer.
• Step 3: Open the UV lamp tubes.
• Step 4: Start disinfection process.
• Step 5: Waiting for at least 30 minutes.
• Step 6: Finish disinfection, the cabinet sends out a signal.
• Step 7: Open the door to take cashes out at 20 minutes after finished disinfection.
