Job Circular: Executive (Receptionist cum Office Assistant)

About the Role
BME is looking for someone who can keep the front desk running smoothly and support day-to-day office operations. If you’re organized, confident with communication, and comfortable handling multiple tasks, this role will fit you well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls with a polite, professional attitude

  • Maintain the front desk area and manage visitor logs

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation

  • Receive and dispatch couriers, letters, and documents

  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed

  • Keep office supplies organized and request replenishments

  • Support team members with routine office tasks

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and email communication

  • Presentable, polite, and well-mannered

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but freshers may also apply
