We are seeking a Copier Technician to join our service team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If you are a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, we want to talk to you! We are looking for experienced technicians but are also willing to train the right person for entry-level roles.

Our organization requires a skilled engineer who is proficient in laser and inkjet printer servicing.

• ✅Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• ✅ Experience: Must have practical experience in laser and inkjet printer / Copier repair and maintenance
• ✅ Skills: Problem diagnosis, parts replacement, installation and customer handling
• ✅Providing high-quality technical support to customers
• ✅Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• ✅Developing solutions for unusual or complex problems
• ✅Managing time, resources, and territory efficiently

Qualifications:

• ✅Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• ✅Experience or training with equipment from manufacturers such as Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, etc., is a plus
• ✅Strong computer knowledge
• ✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service focus
• ✅Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• ✅Exceptional mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills with digital office equipment
• ✅Effective organizational skills and sound judgment in managing priorities
• ✅Demonstrated initiative with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• ✅Strong ethics and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• ✅Strong computer literacy; Fiery/controller experience is a plus
• ✅Self-starter with flexibility to work additional hours as needed during peak periods
• ✅Routinely demonstrate and foster a helpful and positive work culture
• ✅Encourage and build positive relationships while communicating effectively with co-workers, customers, and vendors

• ✅Perform service calls on machines appearing on Excessive Activity and 3 and 30 reports
• ✅Collaborate with other technicians on service calls as needed
• ✅Service machines for assigned account base, including major and escalated accounts
