Copier & Printer Technician Wanted !

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Copier & Printer Technician to join our service team in Dhaka. If you have real hands-on experience in repairing laser and inkjet printers and copiers—and you know how to diagnose problems instead of guessing—this role is for you.

Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered for training.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair copiers, laser printers, inkjet printers, and scanners

• Diagnose technical faults and perform proper parts replacement

• Install and configure office equipment at customer sites

• Provide professional technical support and customer service

• Handle complex or unusual service issues effectively

• Manage assigned service calls and territory efficiently

• Maintain inventory accuracy and control parts cost per call

• Support the sales team with technical demonstrations when required

• Collaborate with other technicians on escalated cases

🎯 Requirements:

• Practical experience in laser and inkjet printer / copier servicing

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Experience with brands such as

  • Toshiba

  • Canon

  • HP

  • Epson (preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Good computer knowledge

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities

• Team-oriented with strong work ethics
